Did ultrashape work for long?

I think thinner actually works worse. Docs will tell you that unless you have enough skin tissue you won't see results.  Sounds like a bummer to spend all that and get such meager results.  --H

Sounds like you should pay a visit to a dermatologist! 

let us know what the doctor ends up recommending to assist you with your blotches and pores.

my bet is that you may require a chemical peel to clear the damaged cells and stimulate new skin cell growth

Judy - how could it be cheating if you've done everything within your lifestyle and control to reduce the fat? If you get a consultation from a plastic surgeon, they'll turn you away if you're a bad candidate. They won't operate on someone whose using liposuction to lose weight. At least the ethical doctor won't. Using lipo for quick weight loss is definitely cheating. Spot removal of fat is not in my opinion. Good luck with your decision.
