I have the same problem. I think that when the dorsal hump was removed with the chisel one side wasn't rasped enough and i notice that, by touching the upper right side of my nose...between the eyes. My cousin told me he had the same problem 6 years ago. Bizarre, I didn't even noticed a lump on his nose. I touched his nose and i swear, the lump is big as mine. So don't worry it would not be noticed by others when the swelling goes down. He has a thick skin...me too. Hope you too.
