Hey girl you look great! I know it's hard not to nit pick every little thing but I honestly didn't really start liking and seeing permanent results until about 9 months post op...so just give it time. I will say that I feel like more fat survived after the second surgery so that is true. During this time you will feel like one day you love it and the next you feel like its not a big difference because you wanted it bigger. Don't worry though, I'm sure that your permanent results will look amazing as well. The not sitting thing can be so annoying...I know how you feel and even when you start sitting with the pillow it hurts your thighs and back like a bitch...and then when you actually start sitting like a normal person it's so weird feeling and you're thinking why is my butt touching the chair lol. I hope you end up happy with your results though. About the garment...what size is yours? Small or medium? I know that it can be really tight but I wore that thing religiously never took it off even after they said it was ok to I still wore it at bedtime for a month after. I called and asked about it after my first surgery and they said that the longer you wore it the better your results would be. Idk if that is true but it didn't cause any harm to my butt, or make it smaller so don't worry about that. It is probably just tight because you are swollen and stuff.

Hi! Everything looks good now, I said in a comment above that I also felt like mine wasn't big enough too. I had surgery with Dr. Mendieta twice actually once in December 2009 and then a second time in October 2010. After my second surgery I am much happier with my results although some days I feel like it's still not as big as I wished it were, but I get compliments all the time from friends who have no idea that I had surgery. I do plan on going back to get more lipo and possibly fat grafting (wouldn't want to waste the fat). I didn't really start liking my results and being really happy with them until at least the 9th month after so just give it some time. I will post some pictures as soon as I take some. I hope you heal well, I know the surgery is pretty painful.

Everything looks good. I have gained weight to try to get a little more curvy because after the surgery and then the same surgery a second time a year later I had lost a good amount of weight and I didn't like being so thin.

Yes it did!I actually had two surgeries, I haven't updated about the second time so I will you can read about it up at the top.
