I used RevitaLash for several month without any effect then stopped for a couple of month. Then I tried LiLash and after 8 weeks my lashes really started to grow. I was recently at my derm who told me I should be a model for Latisse. I had to inform him that I use LiLash. All these products are based on the same ingredients and techology but seem to work differently on different people. So switching to another product might do the trick. RevitaLash and LiLash have been around for a while and they don't require a prescription (available on Amazon and Ebay). I'm surprised that Latisse is now all the rage. Guess it's all about marketing...
Actually my preferred doctor charges per Botox session and I prefer it that way. He just does whatever is necessary on my face at that time for a fixed price. Sometimes it's probably a little more and sometimes less. I figure it'll average out. If it turns out to be not enough I get some extra shots later free of charge (only happened once in 3 years). So basically I'm paying for the result. When I was charged by unit (3rd doctor) I paid twice as much. How do I know how many units I really need or how many I'm getting? Seems some doctors get better results with less units by injecting it the right way. With a fixed price I know what I'm going to pay and I can budget accordingly.

I don't have a serious sagging issue and my "jowls" are very subtle so far. I can just see them begin to form (maybe I shouldn't even call them jowls yet). I'm a triathlete and don't have weigth issues. Looking at my mother my DNA should be ok too. Just the normal facial changes that come at middle age. So my thinking was that because my jowls are so subtle and my problem not that bad yet the Refirme should take care of it. After all it's especially advertised for sagging skin and lifting jowls. Nothing so far yet though. I too doubt it will help with more serious problems since it doesn't even help with my moderate cosmetic concerns. Of course it could also have to do with the Doc. I had Botox 3 times with about no effect. Started to think it was just not working on me. Then I changed the doctor and got great reults ever since....
