Dear MissB....sounds like an allergic reaction, but you won't know what things are truly like until you finish with the "roids. I had a terrible reaction, but no rash with it...swelling and lumps and discoloration that lasted...almost forever. Good luck.

Well, of COURSE she doesn't see what you're talking about...it's clearly in her best interest NOT to acknowledge the F*#k up she made....no amount of pressing will help diminish -- that window closes after a couple weeks, if that...if you notice it, and your friends and "others" who don't know you so well notice...it's real. Your derm doctor has "gone blind" out of self-protection. Face it. Sorry, I've been there and still am there, to a lesser degree!

Dear "west" -- not sure about your belief that a class action lawsuit could be a success. If you want to spearhead things, I support you and would like to be counted!

I'm not sure anything as "desireable" as increased collagen developed in my case (in my face???). Everything has slowly diminished over 2+ yrs. I do have telltale discoloration that seems to be staying. What a nasty experience it has been.

AGREE 100%. I work for a group of medical specialists and they are EXACTLY as you say -- I'm in a constant state of mortification and hope I never have to work for physicians again (although, at my age -- 54 -- and having been there 2.5 years, I'm probably screwed into place. These Drs. have little-to-no conscience -- the things I've seen & heard....gads.
