You're experiencing normal post-procedure woes. Everyone bruises differently but typically this lasts between 3-10 days. The tightness is also normal and results from the skin stretching following injection of the filler material. This also is short-lived but can last up to several weeks. Don't worry--it'll all settle out soon!
