HI Robert,
Its very difficult to say without actually seeing your nose.

You may benefit from additional surgery but I would hae to see your nose.

Best, Dr.S.
Hi Its not that they won't, its that they can't because they don't have any... make sure your surgeon can show you many before and afters and make sure you like what you see. Best, Dr.S.
Hi, The problem is that you had an L-shaped "one size fits all" implant put in... it sounds like it just doesnt fit your nose. If it is infected it should come out, but it just sounds like it wasnt put in right. The best way to fix this is to put in a custom carved SlupImplant. This implant is custom carved to fit your nose. If you just get another preformed implant you will still have an issue.
Depending on what needs to be done, the earliest I have revised a tip is 3 months. However, every case is different. I would advise another seeking another doctor unless you still trust that your first doctor can help you.
Hi, You must see 3 or 4 surgeons, have your nose computer imaged and make sure to talk to several patients who have had an African American Rhinoplasty and make sure the surgeon can show you many before and afters of African American Rhinoplasty.
