Thanks for posting your review and photos. Although you have swelling (your photos were taken immediately after your treatment), the cannula method of injecting fillers is fantastic for avoiding bruising.
This is an extremely dangerous product and in my opinion should be removed from the marketplace. Atypical moles and melanoma can be lethal if only partially removed. What is left over microscopically can become melanoma (if atypical) and if melanoma, can spread elsewhere in the body, undetected because of partial removal. If a mole was to turn into a melanoma, you would see it change it some way if it was still on your skin, alerting you to see a dermatologist.
Most people will not go to their dermatologist to get their okay to use this product, they are buying this product to avoid making a trip to the doctor. Even when we, as dermatologists, remove moles we always cut them off and analyze them (biopsy them), we never just burn or freeze them off (other growths that are not moles can be treated this way however.) Sometimes the most normal looking moles can actually be bad.
