I have treied several non-surfical tightening systems in my office, and the results were about what you would see reported here on RealSelf: more than half of patients were unhhappy.
Ive not even heard of the systems you mention, but I would encourage you to set up a profile page here on RealSelf and let the before and after photos speak for themselves.
In many cases after massive weight loss, the skin must not only be pulled down but also inward (i.e. narrow the waista rea) to remove the horizontal excess of skin. This may require a bigger scar, but it prevents the creasing in the midline.
Breast implants do have a certain rate of failure, and today's implants have around a 15% of rupturing at 10 years. They are ceratinly not designed to be replaced at 10 years. If you have a saline implant, you will know right away if it ruptures as you will see decreasing size. An MRI would be needed to assess a silicone gel implant.
