Looks great ! Good luck take care.
Alli (found at Costco) is the generic, over the counter equivalent to Xenical originally made by pharmaceutical company ROCHE. It works by blocking gastric and pancreatic lipases, thus blocking fat/oil absorption. It is fairly safe, however, must be combined with exercise like anything else. If you don't eat a lot of oily fried foods it may not be of benefit. If you do, take Alli with caution: what you eat is what you get... gas and oily stools. This should be taken with a vitamin because there are certain vitamins ( A, D , E , K) which are "fat soluble" and need oils to be absorbed in the body. Good luck!
