That was very informative. i live in Central NJ as well and i have yet to chose a doc. Since you have said so many nice things about your doc i was hoping to get the contact info for this doc... sounds like 80% of the success depends on the doc.
also! you said that you only have the tops on... well i only need the bottom. i take it that it IS possible to only get one side...
