This is the first time I have read reviews on eyes. I am SO SORRY for you all! I could never have believed eye surgery could go so badly wrong. I am no expert, but have had to re-condition my mind to relieve various trauma from my past, albeit emotional. But, if I can help in any way, I would like to. Send me a private message here, or type my name in your browser to see what I am about. It is such a shame that people take dreadful risks with all kind of cosmetic surgery as symmetry cannot be guaranteed, nor the outcome. Skin reacts differently in each of us, and surgeons are only human. Some are not even artists and cannot draw! Yipes, how can you trust such a person? I feel surgeons can be inhuman, especially, when they operate instead of talking people OUT of surgery, where acceptance can be their best bet. It will be against their wallets, to convince that ageing signs are not really that bad. At least you will still look like yourself and not a stretched out robot. Too much adverse publicity about celebrities and on trying to be 'beautiful.' It is ridiculous, as personality and character is what people like best in others. All this trying to look younger is damaging so many, and some may have to live the rest of their lives with regrets and not being able to recognise themselves. A few lines and wrinkles show that you have experience of life, do not make it such a big issue! I will be 59 years of age this July 2008. That means 60 next year! I look at least 20 years younger than my age, and although my genes may be part responsible, I do use Firming Cream and several easy exercise techniques. I also do NOT drink, never have, (although I smoke cigars daily). Drink is the worst offender for wrinkling the skin and damaging skin cells! All of you reading this who are contemplating surgery, please try using Skin Firming Cream. Nivea are the original makers and my preference, but chemists have their own brands. Probably, from the same source, and they all work at tightening the skin! You can use it everywhere, as well as around and under the eyes. Even if you think surgery is the only thing for you, as you hate your tired looking eyes too much, TRY the firming cream anyway. I am sure you will be cancelling your surgery appointment, as there WILL be an improvement! It might be enough for you to feel better about yourself! Surely, it is worth a try first! Living with regrets would be a terrible thing and much worse than what you are going through now. You can get the firming cream in any chemist. I am not selling anything, and am only an author and performer. Donni-Jay

QUICK REPLY, you asked where to get the Q-10 cream. As far as I know, from any good chemist. It is in the Skin Firming cream, and called that on the label. Walgreen's have their own make, but I suspect it all comes from the original 'potion' by Nivea, in their Skin Firming cream with Q-10. Hope that helps you, I KNOW the cream helps everyone who tries it, on the face and body! Wonderful stuff! Donni-Jay

Hello Wazuri, Somehow you managed to contact me and give me your email address, so I shall be writing to you. I can promise that you will see a difference within a few weeks. Enough to be happy about for sure! I do not think I can give out my website, where you can see for yourself how a woman of nearly 60 years of age looks anything from mid thirties to late thirties. I may be lucky with my genes, but I believe my attitude and mental exercises (nightly) help in keeping me maintained. I do love exercise when I have the chance, but with two tiny Poms to play with, I prefer to do that! However, if people are interested I shall write an article and put it in my website just to let people know what I use for skin, and any general tips I can remember. Type me in your browser and learn more about me. In case you do not come in for a while, I shall write to you anyway. Believe me ladies, (and men, for my hubby, aged 51 is a hunk and a scrummy dish!)No-one needs to fall apart, when the body and mind is looked after, the aura stays complete and you will NOT lose your image. However, drinking is VERY detrimental to looks. It destroys the cells so very quickly! I shall pop in now, to see if I get any replies in here. Thanks for the opportunity to help share my good luck! I am sorry for coming in here late, but I did not expect any replies to my comment! I can easily tell anyone who wants to know more details about the stuff that really works, which is so cheap too! I do not think I can tell you more details in this site as it might look as if I am advertising. I do not have any such businesses, or alliances, and am only an author and performer. Just type my name in your browser, and you will come to my non-commercial website. It will give you a chance to learn more about me, and you can also contact me through there. I have a forum where questions asked will be answered by me. There is a thread called something about looking young for your age. I came upon certain simple things which just seemed to 'work' with me, and will happily share that if anyone wants to know. I do not drink, but have been smoking cigars daily, for twenty years or so, not that anyone else should do this! I am 59 years in July this year, and people think I am 20+ years younger than my age, in face and body. They are so shocked to learn my true age, that some have demanded to see my birth-date proof! However, if I can save unnecessary emotional or physical pain, I am very happy to spend some of my time doing so. Remember to put my name in your browser, I am well-known in England and hopefully, will be here in America soon also. My aim is to be an anti-ageing spokesperson (anyone interested in taking me on?) by informing people of how I am the way I am, which has a lot to do with attitude and mental visualisation. But, check me out to see the proof for yourself and plastic surgeons will not be your first port of call! I wish you all the best, Donni-Jay

I sincerely hope this information will help stop the anguish, or prevent more mistakes than those I have read of on this page.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have been in show-business for over thirty years, on and off. I have been unwell most of the time, also a thyroid condition which I handle very well. My weight can yo-yo as much as 10 lbs at a time. I always get my shape back and it is as good as it ever was, no problem with gravity. I work out with weights, some of the time, do Isometrics nightly for the whole body and face if I cannot sleep, and do not obsess about ageing. I try to cut out meat and all high calorie foods. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I do smoke, cigars, for many years and about ten+ daily. Yes, I am trying to cut down or cut it out. My life has been full of trauma and stress, and some great successes. I am creative, an author as well as performer of most styles of music. Even when I was a model, back in London, UK, I never used all that foundation cream on my face like the others, and it has paid off! I still need nothing on my face!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I am not ready to use any kind of surgery, or wrinkle fillers, and maybe NEVER will. The complications sound too dreadful, and I do not want to be one of those where it goes wrong and looks worse, perhaps adding more problems! Too scary to have to live with! I have even let my silver hair grow out,( it is still long) and do not look old!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I like reading cosmetic reviews, mainly to stop me from being tempted, if the time comes when I feel I need some kind of cosmetic help. I hope I will NEVER be desperate enough. But, I wanted to say something that might help people on here. I am almost 60 years, have a few wrinkles on my forehead, nowhere else, no marionette lines, or crows feet, no problem with my jaw or chin area. Just lucky I suppose, in the genes. Something that might have helped me, although I do not use it religiously, is a particular cream bought easily in the chemist. I use the cream when I notice my skin is looking a bit tired. I use the chemist brand of Firming Skin Lotion with Q-10. IT REALLY DOES WORK, to tighten the skin. It does not cost much to find out either!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If too much tightening is needed on the face, chin or body, it will still make it look better. I know that, because I introduced this cream to an overweight friend who started to lose some weight and it helped her! No-one should worry about lines, as it does give character and show you have lived! Lines do NOT make someone look less good looking, unless they are so bad, they are cross hatched! But, those lines on a really old person who smiles a great deal, looks fine. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If the lines make you look a bit different, or a lot, from how you did years ago, try to accept the change! At least you can smile and your eyes smile with you! It looks much nicer than a tight expressionless face! If you are not making a living out of your looks, and do not have to compete with younger people, do NOT risk looking and feeling even worse than you do now! It is not worth the grief.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have used my real name here, and can prove by pictures how young I look at my age, without surgery and just the cream I came upon accidentally. I shall start to use this cream every day now, (after reading these horror reviews) although I found out about it around 8 years ago. Maybe my lines will never become any more than just a few on the forehead.. Donni-Jay
