No down time means no down time. I had to miss days from work after procedures-that is down time. I have had many days of down time throughout this year and treatments are still not completed. No, we are not victims! We signed up for this of clear mind and took for granted that what was promised would provided. I expect to get what I pay for, as a consumer and I did not. I should get a refund. End of story.
