Hi Amy: Ok - 2 weeks to go...has it improved at all?? I would think after 4-6 weeks from initial injection it would begin to reduce in effect. I do not know how many units he used in the crows feet area...I didn't ask, but I do not have any trouble squinting or bags ( thank goodness!) On my eyebrow, it just seems a bit droopy - not terribly noticeable to anyone but me. As I have had this before with amazing success, I was expecting my favorite benefit, a slight lifting of the brow area, which has always been why I liked botox...always made my eyes a bit more rested looking. Now, I just look tired. You're probably right, I should just leave it alone. I'm still going to call my derm or send him an email, as he is a personal friend of many years and known as one of the best derms in town. Ahhhh - mixing business with friendships is awkward!!!

Hi Amy: What I meant by it gets worse before it gets better, really is in regard to the 1st few weeks. My problem started on day 2 after injection & I know that it takes appx 5 full days to see the complete effect. You should be more than fine....in fact your original injection should be wearing off by then & even the second set should be on its way out....You;ll be fine by your wedding. My big event is in 4 weeks from today & myr esults will not have worn off. I am so afraid that it will be noticeable! I want to go back to my doc to "correct" the droop - by injecting a small amount above my eyebrow in an attemt to "fix" it, but am almost afraid that it will make it worse!! Sitting out over the weekend to see what it looks like on Monday....hopefully it won't get any worse. Right now, I notice it and feel like I look really sleepy with a slightly droopy brow, (hubby asked me if I was tired, as my eyes look that way now )I don't know what to do!!!! Leave it alone & deal with it?? Try to "fix" it??

Hang in there!I have had botox in the orehead & crows feet areas 2 x's and had great results - wore off in 2 months time. Just had it done yesterday, by a VERY experienced & highly regarded derm, and sadly my right eyebrow is starting to droop! I know it will only get worse before it gets better & I am sick to my stomach as I have a family reunion in 4 weeks...
