It is not that they "shrink" but the initial swelling from the procedure subsides. When I had my BA done in March 2008, I LOVED them and had no bruising and thought I had no swelling; however, in a couple of months they were not as full as they were initially. This is because the swelling subsides (as I mentioned before) and they settle into the pocket. Personally, I know wish I would have gone bigger but need to save up the money. I went for a natural look but feel it is smaller than I could have gone bigger still looking natural.
