thanks for your review! You mentioned you change your aligners weekly, any reason why it's only a week and not the normal 2 weeks? I have a feeling (based on pain) that almost all the movement occurs in the first 4-5 days, and after that it only functions as a retainer for the next 9 days until the next aligner. If 1 week is sufficient I could cut my treatment time by half.
