I had my saddle bags and abs done about 4 weeks ago. My doctor told me to constantly massage the areas even though it is painful. She also told me not to take off the garment unless I was showering. I'm surprised your doctor said to do that. I was really really swollen and frustrated in the beginning. Now the swelling is coming down and I'm starting to see more results. Currently, I am wearing the same jeans I wore before the surgery. I was hoping I would have dropped a six by now but it seems to be a really slow process. I also have been taking Arnica Montana and also applying Arnica Montana gel which seems to be helping with the swelling.

So how are you making out now? Did your stomach ever get hard? Are you happy?

I'm so glad you mentioned the area below your belly button is hard. I had my stomach, love handles, and saddle bags done on August 4th. So far my thighs look like I was beat with a watermelon and my stomach is swollen, hard and tight in a painful way. When I massage it I want to cry. I'm really worried about my stomach. So I felt better when you mentioned that you had the same! Please let me know if you have had more relief.

How are you making out? Are you happier now with your results? I came across this website after going to Monarch Medspa with Dr. Leimer. It is to early to tell. I'm nervous after reading your write up.
