you can get before and afters after booking consultations with doctors. i really don't think there's a better way than just meeting with a few in person. some will be willing to share these online.

this is very interesting. I think there are some permanent effects to swelling/trauma that aren't well understood. It's useful to have this community because drs still deny it and until seeing a similar post on here, i had no idea it happened to others.
