Hi Rosie. Do you know what three lasers you were treated with? Based on your picture, I would suggest a "diode" or "alexandrite" laser. Examples of these are the Lumenis Lightsheer (diode) and Cynosure Apogee (alexandrite). If you were not treated with either of these types of machines, I might be able to understand why you did not achieve good results. If you were treated with these machines, then the explanation woudl be more difficult.
Hello 3404Anon. We're curious because we have always gotten great results with the Lightsheer. Was this a newer model of Lightsheer (The Duet?) and is it possible to find out what settings were used for you. We are very confident that given your skin and hair in the pictures that permanent laser hair removal is possible for you and we are guessing that either the "painless hair removal" on the Lightsheer Duet was used or else if the traditional Lightsheer was used that the nurse or physician was not achieving high enough fluences (energy)

Hi SweetT. We would suggest that you consider q-switched lasers for pigmentation as they are specifically designed to remove sun spots, tattoos, birthmarks and other types pigment. While the Fraxel is certainly an option for sun spots, it is not ideal as you have found out. For wrinkles, we use th Erbium laser. It can have the same amount of downtime, but results in 100% facial resurfacing vs. the 20% to 30% associated with Fraxel. We are also in Torrance and offer free consultations.

Hi Pom. We currently use Erbium laser resurfacing for acne scars like the ones you have. The difference between our Erbium resurfacing and Fraxel is that Fraxel only resurfaces a portion of the face (20%) whereas Erbium resurfacing is 100%.

Hi Leian. If you have not found a solution yet, you may want to ask your injector about hyaluronidase (Vitrase) to dissolve the Juvederm. We'd be happy to take a look if you like.
