The doctor who told me about the kenalog also said to mix it with saline so it dilutes it and do it a little at a time with a 30 gauge needle. This will prevent the collapsing. Hi, I was reading your responses on sculptra and I have experienced the same problem. I have nodules under my eyes and they are driving me crazy. I spoke with a sculptra expert and she suggested injecting kenolog and saline unto the nodule and it has helped alot, but I have gotten injections for four weeks now and I know my skins tissue is going to end up breaking down from so much injecting. Anyone who is considering this procedure, DON'T. It has really been a nightmare.
