There are two recurring issues here:
1. getting justice
2. looking normal again
As to the justice, perhaps one of you will find an attorney to take your case, possibly as a class action. This is a long and expensive process.
As to the second, it IS possible to look normal again despite having severe scarring. The technique involves a revision facelift. The techniques are very specialized. A revision facelift is NOT just doing another facelift on a patient who has had one done before.
A revision facelift targets scarring, distortion of the tragus, distortion of the earlobe, visible scarring behind the ear, distortion of the hairlines. There is a specific technique for each. So if it is repair you seek, find a plastic surgeon who specializes in revision facelifts.
You can look normal again, less "surgical", younger, prettier, etc.
I don't think you will be successful in suing the doctors who injected the material. that being said, we have never injected Sculptra in our practice for the reasons in this post.
Typically if the lumps have not gone with conservative treatment after about 2 years, we usually offer the patient to have them removed. this procedure is quite successful.
There could indeed be a technique dependent issue. Usually there would be some improvement. I also do prefer Juvederm for this area.
However, make sure it is a filler that is needed, not tightening. No amount of filler will compensate for drooping of tissues. So often we see bad results from fillers when they try to do "too much".

Your nipples are indeed uneven. However judging from your pictures they may have been very uneven before the surgery. Unless a breast lift is performed to even out the nipples, the unevenness of the nipples does not go away. Although your left breast appears slightly higher, pushing down the implant further will increase the apparent asymmetry of the nipples. You may want to discuss these specific issues with your doctor.
