Ginny, My Artefil was immediate and lasting. In fact, I'm going on three years and still have all the improvement, and have not had any adverse side effects. I hope this helps.

ALERT – DON'T BE FOOLED BY NEW GENESIS SPA IN ROCHESTER, NY I received a letter from New Genesis Spa in Rochester, NY announcing their partnership with Dr. Jack Bertolino. They call him “the first physician in Western New York to offer SmartLipo and Vaser LipoSelection…”. That is a lie. Dr. Scharf (sp?) in Williamsville, NY has been offering SmartLipo since 2006. But more importantly, DR. BERTOLINO is NOT A PLASTIC SURGEON. Do not use this man. He is another general practitioner who purchased a smartlipo machine before Cynosure changed their guidelines to protect themselves. He has only been doing smartlipo since July of 2008. Stick to a trained, board certified plastic surgeon with several current references.
