Hmm...I don't know. Definitely should go back to Dr ASAP if there's anything that seems unusual to you. My face face was more red/purple with these yellow oozes/aquaphor spots that would clean up everytime I used the vinegar rinse. I did have one whitish line on my face that was slightly different but blended overtime. Most Dr. won't charge you anything for post treatment visits especially if you think something is wrong. I know mine doesn't. Call them, you'll feel better that you did. Oh..yeah..there will be areas around your eyes and lips that will be white because the lazer purposefully didn't touch them. But nothing like hat say on my check or forehead.
Take a look at my post because I had the Fraxel repair done specifically because of my Rosecea. I have Type II which is more the small facial viens and small pimples. I used metrocreme for 3 years before the procedure and I saw very limited success with it. After the procedure I've never gone back to it (it's been about 9 months) and the rosecea has not returned. Also I found that I could not use my heavy "anti-wrinkle" creams. They seemed to be way too strong even months after the procedure and frankly it no longer seemed necessary. I'm only using Cerave which I discovered during this process and still really like it. What I do now is just a very light exfoliation 2x a week and that seems to keep the "Faxel pimples" away. I'm still pleased with results. I still feel $5K is pricy for this procedure but as I said in earlier posts if it keeps the rosecea away, I'll pay any amount.

Excellent news. I'm pleased as well. It's amazing to think that back at Thanksgiving I was looking this bright red-purple face with an inch of Aquaphor. Going to do the eyes, just going to wait until Thanksgiving again. Darn, really wish I did them together. Ah...such is life...
Thanks EllieC...just did a bunch of googling on MSM and very interesting. Found interesting clinical that was accepted for publication. http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/119421548/abstract?CRETRY=1&SRETRY=0 A family member is a doctor so he should be able to get the full study so I can read more. Love realself community...thanks for the tip.
