• Beauty Cred always maintains an authentic and unbiased viewpoint.  We are not paid to post and will not review products which we deem unethical or potentially harmful.
• We describe product benefits according to the company—what the company claims it does
• We post about what's so special or unique about the beauty product or brand launch. In other words, what makes it really “a story” and relevant for Beauty Cred readers.
• Our product reviews are real.  We've actually tried the product. Since many product firms suggest lengthy usage periods we focus product reviews on our short-term results and impressions.  We then encourage our readers to offer their own beauty product review on RealSelf.com.
