Arnica - rub the gel on 2 a day - stick to the garment at least a month then switch on and off to spanx like garments. good luck -

I did use mederma once my scabs were drying up - after the stitches removal. the bruising from my thighs did travel down my leg by week 2 my ankles looked cankles,,, swollen and bruised. I wasnt' warned about that. also important to message ( i massaged 2 a day for about 15min) to break up scar tissue.

between arnica 2 times a day - i also started putting mederma on the incesion sites after they closed. they did help with the scarring. but i did notice when i went tanning they got alittle darker so if in sun or tanning put a spf on them for awhile.

lillia - i got your message - i would love to answer your questions, but it redirected me to this page. I did want to do the upper abs but the surgeon talked me out of it, The bumpy area i did have the first few weeks was right above my bellybutton, the plastic surgeon told me to message it a few times a day - I followed directions and i no longer have bumps. A big part of the sucess is wearing the annoying garment, not wearing anything tight ex: tight bra, underwear..... I know a few people who did this but didn't follow directions and their results are way different.
