@darkndreamy...i wore my garment for the recommended month, I got lazy at the end & started wearing spanx to work& the garment to sleep...otherwise I felt like my insides were gonna fall on the floor (seriously). @carribeangi...too many questions,whew!..See above. I really don't work outplan to speak of, just a bit of walkking as I feel the energy. I'm pretty lazy! Luckily, I have small genes in my family...I was just getting that 30-something pudge. The provider info can be obtained when you become a registered member. I've referred a few folks there with great results.

Yulgia, As you noted, I wasn't a large person to begin with, but this surgery isn't for very overweight persons. I just had areas that I wasn't happy with. I wanted to keep the current size of my boobs and butt. I am trying to eat a bit better and got a treadmeill a few weeks ago as a birthday present, along with weights and a resistance band. The surgery gave me motivation to tone up the areas I didn't have done....the cost also is a motivating factor to maintain your results
