yes it was at first and it looked horrible to me but now after 2 months it is much more symmetrical and nostrils loook the same :) I think in the first few months one should give it a chance cos probably it will improve as happened to me. thanks for replying!
Well I went to the my surgeon yesterday and he said he could Not see the asymmetry either...even tough I still see it. Guess I'll just have to accept it how it is now. At least when I look back I think it's still better than it was before.
Hi. I did rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago. my upper lip is also has dropped but that is normal because it is still numb. Now at 2 weeks after surgery I can already smile better and my upper teeth are showing a bit now cos at first I could control my upper lip. But don't worry it will come back to normal very soon. that is the least thing that is worrying me right now cos my bridge is not symmetrical and I'm going crazy about this :( look at my review maybe you feel better http://www.realself.com/review/Nose-bridge-not-symmetrical-after-rhinoplasty

Hi. I did the surgery exactly two weeks ago and have the same problem. at the center of the bridge my nose looks a bit sunken down. and it also shows from both sides. Did yours get straight again? cos Im very nervous i am expecting it to become better but it seems to get worse :S
