What is that phone number to contact Tonya? Many times I have requested the paperwork to file refund, but GEMoney will not send it to me. I even went to the Fig medical office where I first received my "sample" treatment to see my reaction, but they are out of business and have disappeared. When I had my intro treatment done, I could not imagine the pain. I swelled up, could barely walk, and I developed cyst-like welts where I had been injected that took months to go away! It was terrible. The messed up thing was, not even 2 weeks after I signed the paperwork, the company went bankrupt. Now I have crediters on my ass daily. I have had to change my cell number twice because they won't stop calling me asking for their money-the money I SHOULD NOT OWE. They used to call me at least six times a day from 6:30am until 9pm. Now they have managed to find my PARENTS' phone number and started hassling them for me! Fig has gotten out of hand, and I live each day with stress and frustration due to their hounding. I have explained to them the situation all too many times, but they still call...and each time I get a different person from a different country!! I want to know how to file a refund correctly and who I need to call so I can MOVE ON!! Please, if you could, send me that phone number and info.
