You would be better off going with a new technology called SmartXide Dot Therapy. It gives the doctor more flexibility to customize a procedure for each client. The other benefit is that there is no downtime...like you would see with other fractional lasers or CO2's. It's brand new so google it.

Thermage actually is the best skin tightening device on the market right now. There was a huge study about just how good the treatment was, and it came back with: >80% of people get instant results, and after 6 months >90% saw results. There is that small percentage <(10%) that didn't see the result. I would like to know what your consultant told you. Most of the bad posts on here are due to bad consulting and false expectations (in my opinion).

A good Thermage treatment will take about 2.5 hours. What worries me is that she said that she didn't feel anything. This means the energy levels were nowhere near where they should be to do any results. You should feel intense heat (without medication). Also, it seems as though she was misconsulted because Thermage is on the light spectrum, but is not a laser. It's radio frequency that heats the water next to the collagen, and that causes the collagen to tighten and rebuild.
I know exactly who you went to and I can't believe SmartLipo is done without suction. Might aswell have gotten lipodisolve right? The body cant excrete the fat and so it just gets moved to another place. With suction, the fat is removed from the body. Also important is the technique. Everyone can just buy a machine, but experience and technique is the most important.
I would like to know how many pulses you had on your face. If they used the correct energy level, you would most likely have seen results. The eyes are not part of the face price because a different tip has to be used. You can't use a 3cm face tip on the eyelids. It's too big.
