Patch test, patch test, patch test !!!
It really appears that the blemishes are red with active acne, so it is difficult to tell what the TCA did and what was already inflamed from his breakout. A patch test should have been done first, using a weak TCA, not 50%. Most people selling TCA acids state that a patch test is highly recommended... and this is why.
Don't use 100% straight. Do the 25% patch test first. Instructions tell you how to use.
Calling someone a liar isn't an opinion... it's an accusation and it's defamatory of Teresa... with no factual basis.
Search under "Yavonae" on the internet for purchasing TCA. They offer TCA and Clycolic acids at different strengths. Also, you can make a weaker solution with a stronger by adding water. Both TCA and Glycolic are water based. Instructions tell you how to mix, apply, and aftercare. Check it out.
