I never order from infomercials, however, I was getting ready to go to work one morning and I watched it on TV. I thought I would give it a try so I called. First she tried to sell me on the automatic montly supply being sent. I explained taht if I like it I will order it again. After giving the rep all my billing information, she tries to upsell me on the other products they have. I nicely said I am getting ready to go to work and don't have time to hear about all the products. They she said "I say it faster". I said no, I don't have time. I understand they are required to do all the script, but please, when a customer is ordering and asked please don't explain your entire product line to me-STOP! I finally got upset and said CANCEL this order. I don't want to do business with a company that has reps that don't listen to the customers. She said she couldn't cancel that I would have to call customer service 24-48 hours because that is when the order will download. I did and received an email that I could get an additional $10 off if I don't cancel. They are really really marketing. I didn't order. This is way too much for me!
Too bad you can't just order the product and have the website if you want to order again. If it is any good, people will find out how to re-order and also want to order the other products!!!!
