  Gina Rose, maybe you are getting just the Thilium laser in your Fraxel treatments? As I understand it, with the Dual, you have the option of having a treatment of the two lasers combined or, if pigment is your primary concern, they will give you just the Thilium laser. My Dermo gave me all 8 passes of the laser today with just the Thilium laser, and I am hoping to get good results on melasma, as you did. Had the treatment about 6 hours ago and feeling fine at the moment. I actually felt worse earlier, when my face felt sunburned.
