I am scheduled for Gastric By-Pass in two weeks (July 7, 2010) I am excited and afraid. I know this is the right thing for me and have one of the best surgeons in the country.
I have several questions.
1) What is the first feeling you had after waking up in recovery?
2) What were your fears prior to surgery and have they been resolved.
3) Do/did you feel afraid or anxious about not being able to eat following surgery?
4) What can I expect after waking up following surgery?
