Thank you Pitsy. Yes, I think I am not ugly!! I started Pilates today; I think that will be very helpful to tighten the skin. I also started using cellulite creams to improve the Jell-O look. Thanks for the advice on the supplements. I will also include them in my diet. I think that, above all, what we need to do is to try to forgive ourselves for not being perfect and to learn to love what we have and what we are or end up being, and at the same time do as much as we can to be at our best. Never give up.
I had lipo in my legs and even though I kept the weight off my legs look like jell-O. I cannot look at myself in the mirror because I cry. If you can choose between having lipo or not, please choose to accept yourself with a bit fatter legs and live a healthy life. That is a lot better that have someone you do not recognize in front of the mirror. Fortuntely I did not gain the weight back though. I do look better in pants, but that is all I can think of to make myself feel better.
What you guys say is so scary!!!! I feel like crying.. I had liposuction on my legs three weeks ago. I feel like I look better than before. I have the same weight I had when I was 18 years old and I am 50 yrs. old now. I never gained any weight through the years. MY problem was that I had big legs and ankles. My feeling now is that I will gain all the weight back in my legs and in my upper body which has always been think and muscular.
It is really depressing that all comments are negative. Is there anyone who has had lipo in their legs and is happy after a few years??
What was your initial weight and how much fat have they removed from your legs?
Do you eat meats? They have a lot of saturated fat in it. That may have contributed to the problem.
