1996anon: How are you doing? Do you see any results? It is been almost 2 month after the ePrime procedure.
I still have scarring, brown spots, discoloration left after ePrime. I don't see any rejuvenation results on my face. I literally cry and regret every single day as I have to cover face with camouflage makeup.
In my case, I had swelling and bruising for 4 month. My bumps looks like permanent. Two dermatologists recommended me to remove the bumps:( good luck! Please keep me updated on your progress. Thanks!
I have contacted the Product Manager who was responsible for ePRIME, but nothing has been done. It seems that the company does not care at all. They keep upgrading and re-naming the device, but the procedure is the same. The company advertises a new device and procedure. Not a lot of people doing their research before deciding on the procedures as most of the procedures are sold at the doctors’ offices. Once the patient in the office and the doctor has already invested in the machine, the procedure needs to be sold. The doctor shows great before and after pictures and bang-deal. I would like to warn everybody about the procedure with radiofrequency micro-needles device. Any procedure (does not matter how it will be called) with this device is not worth to spend your money on. It is not simple procedure as advertized. More than one year I have been recovering after this procedure. I have scars, some kind of accumulations as big seeds under my skin, my face is shifting on left side. I wish I would never had this procedure done! Regrets!! Every moment I look into the mirror, I want to cry.

Any follow up on the complaint you filed with the FDA? Thanks.
