  I asked for a straight profile - got rid of the bump, raised the tip just a little bit. It's been almost 5 months now, and i am still happy with the work he did. I am also a member at makemeheal.com, and have pictures there if you are interested.
  
  Rough estimate for primary rhino with him would be 6,500-8,000, depending on what kind of work he will be doing on your nose. He does free consults - i recommend that you do that, and you will also find out about the price.

  Well, i see that nobody answered this thread, so I decided to recommend my doctor. I just had my primary rhinoplasty done by Dr Grigoryants, got my cast taken off couple of days ago, and I am extremely happy with the results. He is an extremely talented surgeon, produces very consistant results, and has over 100 before and after pictures in his website, so you can check it out yourself.
