Hi I read about your unhappiness about your lips, I just had mine done on the 1st of this month, I called my person that did it and she said that the bruises will go away, I had a lot of bruising, and that the swelling and lumpiness i feel will also go away, and its true, i still have some bruising but have noticed that the swelling is starting to go down every day, the uneveness, she said will also go away, it is just that it takes a good 2 full weeks to get the full effect i am looking for, i too paniced like you, she said that the lumpiness will even itself out in time, i ice it for 10 minutes daily every 2 hrs. I even started to wear a lite color lipstick, untill it all goes down, this duck look (which i have) will go away she promissed me, and told me not to panic, that i will love the look as soon as the trauma from the needle goes away, cuz there is not much skin in the upper or lower lip, so the pain and the trauma will show more,so it will go away today is my 6th day and i have been taking video pics of each day and i noticed a huge difference already, i still am bruised after all these days, it was so bad by jaw felt as if it hurt and she never injected the jaw, its just all truam. remeber the lips dont have much skin like the face or if they hit alittle vein then there will be more swelling just like when you get your blood drawn sometimes you get a ok person who draws the blood and you never know its been drawn, and then there are times were you have a black and blue mark were the person drew the blood, it all depends on how fast or slow the injector was or if they were gentle, but at the office they took a before and after pic, and the after pic looked really great until i got home and i paniced because of all the bruising i all of a sudden got, plus the horrible swelling. i had to have my husban go to the store for me because i didnt want anyone to see me like this, it getting alot better, wait at least 2 weeks, then if it isnt better go back and they have stuff to disolve some of the juviderm i u are unhappy and they shouldnt charge you either. so good luck, my mind is at ease now plus i look alot better daily use ice dont forget it really helps the swelling go down and the lumpyness. good luck
