    I agree with your doctor. Sometimes, laser itself can exaggarate pigmentation, which in most cases disappear in 3-6 months, after your skin rejuvenates. You should use highest degree sunblock with physical barrier all around the year.

    First of all laser hair removal is not recommended around eye area. Second, you should not give heat treatment to a burnt area. it will cause more damage!
