Hi Kristi, I'm doing fantastic! I'm 10 weeks today (I think). We leave for Destin today and I'm so excited not to worry about my belly hanging out of my suit! I'm still swelling, the Dr. has me taking prescription Motrin. I got my before pics from Dr., I am sooo glad I finally did this! Scar is flat but still red. I'm back to doing everything I did before except my bootcamp, I'm hoping to go back end of the month. Doing ab exercises is difficult, I can tell they are very weak. How are you doing?
AC, I will have to find the Tommy's on the outskirts it sounds perfect! We are staying in a house on Tang-o-Mar beach which is really close to Sandestin. Having a condo on the beach in walking distance of Pompano Joes... it doesn't get any better! Kimmers, enjoy the sunshine and your coffee!
ACworth, I know Destin has changed alot. We've gone every year for the past 10 and know people who have gone there since they were kids. Pompano Joes is our favorite, but where is Tommy Bahama's? I would like to go there. I too have to keep the scar covered up. The bottoms are big enough to cover the incision and my PS said spf 30 was good and I could cover it with silicone adhesive (but I think I would look like I didn't have a bb). Zinc is a great idea! I probably won't wear the 2-piece down to the beach just at the pool up near the house.
