Can't tell you if yours will go down..mine has been like this for over 2 years..Juvederm hasn't been approved for use for acne scarring. Like you, I think mine was injected superficially and didn't fill the scars because the scarring prevented the Juvederm from doing that. I won't do fraxel.

To 5325anon: I too had juvederm ultra injected for acne scars in the cheek by a well regarded plastic surgeon. I was left with raised bumps in the injected areas..these never went down. The scars didn't fill in. The bumps are soft, don't feel like there's anything under them. Unfortunately I waited too long to have the hyaluronidase (a year later) and it didn't work. Now, more than 2 years later, I still have these raised bumps. My doctor didn't have a solution to get rid of them..I called Allergan, who stated they never heard of this complication. A second doctor also had no solution. Now I'm left with this mess.
