I used to take biotin tablets. Biotin only helps hair grow thats already there. It does not bring back life dead hair follicles. Also be careful because it made hair grow all over my body. My arms, legs, eyebrows, facial hair etc...but it works on follicles thats already alive NOT dead follicles. I used it blindly thinking it will help with my thinning hair but it brough on other problems. My arm hair got so long & my eyebrows that i had to trim them down. That's when i stopped taking them. Too much of a headache.

James you're exactly right. You hit the nail on the head.

It's been 8 months since my first treatment with Yag laser & i haven't seen any significant regrowth. 95% of the hair on my face is gone. I have one more treatment & touch up left & that should clear everything.

Important: I should add when it comes to laser hair removal the technicians experience, correct laser & setting used on the correct hair type (dark coarse dense hair works best) is what counts. Hair removal can be done on darker skin tones using a yag laser. By the way my technician had 10 years of experience doing laser hair removal.
