It sure wasn't cheap! I think it was $1200, and then the $300.00 rebate. Ask when you call. The previous version was $900.00 per area. It didn't stay though. One of the doctors on this site said that the old version wasn't meant to be "permanant." Who knows? I'm pleased right now, though. Make sure you confirm the rebate. Go to the Artifill website. It has the info on the rebate there! Good luck!
Mitzi,
The company which makes the product is based here in San Diego, so I'm guessing he had easy access to it during trials and at the initial stages. He's done lipo on me as well as the injectables. He gave me a discount I think, when I mentioned someone had referred me. Mention Robyn Bernstein and maybe he'll give you a deal. I know that the company is giving a $300.00 rebate through Sept. The doctor's office fills all of that paperwork out for you, and you get a Visa cash card in the mail for the $300.00
:-)
Hi Mitzi,
The Dr.'s name is Sassan Alavi. His office is in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. He also did the Articoll procedure 2 years ago. BTW, the Artifill looks great now! He says it will continue to improve, but I'm 100% happy with it right now. I can't imagine it getting any better!
Robyn
Hi, I had Articoll put into my nasalfolds 2 years ago. It was said to be permanent, but the wrinkles came back. I just had Artifill yesterday. I am fair, and I bruise easily. This morning I woke up swollen and bruised on my lips of all places. I'm not worried about this, as I think I remember this happening the first time. I have used this doctor for a few different procedures. He is excellent, so I trust him in this. He has done over 2000 Artifill injections so far in San Diego. I'm wondering why the Articoll, which was supposed to be permanent, was a let down.
