I measure about 5"5 and weighs 123 pounds I was initially a 32A, then 12 years ago, I had saline implants 275cc who gave me 34B or 36C+. Now, I went to see this week my PS to replace the implants. My surgeon now propose me silicone implants with 400cc or 450cc. I just do not know what to do??? I want C+ and I want at least it seems, but I do not want to look like Dolly Parton. Could you help me to choose between 400cc and 450cc, saline or silicon please ? Thank you in advance!
