Maybe you should ask opinions of Doctors on real self to make sure that you are doing the right thing.

Bless Your heart! That looks so painful! Are you taking any antibiotics for infection? I know there is another member on here that is in the same situation. I am so sorry you are going through this and pray for a speedy recovery.

I feel the same way! Unfortunately you have many more days ahead of you before the swelling goes down. I am 10 weeks po and the swelling is just part of the recovery, but I will say, I have had my share of depressed days and feeling fatter than I was before the surgery. I have read some ladies say it takes 6 to 8 months for the swelling to go away. Hang in there and be content in knowing that the loose skin is gone :) and now you just have to be patient for the body to heal. Good luck with your recovery.
