I haven't "chimed in" for quite some time now. But I remind everyone that all products are a gamble for one's skin. I have had bad experiences but not with this product. Others have had very bad experiences with this line. So again it is each person making the evaluation regarding the response of one's own skin. My skin has never looked better and I am just a few months from age 70. Certainly lots less wrinkles than many of my friends who are of similar age. Also, all the good hasn't just been this group of products, but I have to give credit where credit is due: I have used a plethora of products during my years and these have done amazing things. I credit the SOD and love how they make my skin look and feel. But for those who have a very sensitive skin, each will have to use their common sense about using them. This is true of any product line.

After the initial"trial" kit, a full size kit is sent which is paid for over three months. It is actually enough for more than three months for me . . . I went online and delayed future shipments.

No toner needed. The cleanser doesn't need additional assistance to clean well. I remember the old days when one had to use a toner to finish the cleansing process. Just made me realize that the cleanser wasn't doing a very god job.

I have had very good results re: wrinkles and lines. Of course at my age I have the lines (parentheses) on each side of my mouth but they are not nearly as deep as they were a year ago. I have smile wrinkles when I smile, but they disappear when I am not smiling. I do not have deep wrinkles around my eyes. Nor are the dark circles as bad as they once were. I look at it this way: it took me many years to get older -- it may take 12-18 months to undo some of the damage. The SOD (superoxide dismutase) or "melon extract" has a great track record clinically for helping to undo the damage caused by aging and free radicals, both that which is visible on the surface of the skin as well as the deeper damage from sun and polution. I do not have an allergy to MB products in spite of my sensitive skin. So my experiences have been positive for the most part.

As I have posted before, I have had no problems using MB, but I think every one of us brings our own skin condition and physical sensitivities to the situation. I again recommend that you check out not only the possibility of mixing your own but also using their ready mixed preparations. They are fabulous and are not terribly expensive as good skin care products go. I have discovered that many popular products have massive amounts of fillers and those are often what cause our skin to react negatively. I have used several of their preparations (I am not brave enough yet to mix my own but I have been reading the forums and am getting there) and have had wonderful results along with MB which I like very much as well. Skin Actives has several products that contain even more of the SOD (melon extract in MB) and I have used them in conjunction with the MB night fluide. I think the best cleanser on the planet is philosophy's "Purity Made Simple" and I use that as well as the MB cleanser, especially if I have "special date" makeup on. Hope this helps . . .
