I am having rhino with Guyuron soon. My before nose is very similar to your before nose. I have nice profile (like you did) and not so great, though not terrible, front. I am asking for what you asked for, basically refinement and finesse. This result you have is unacceptable and IMO nearly butchery. I am suspicious of anyone here who tells you otherwise. I'll let you know how mine goes if you like/haven't already had yours revised.

July 07 full f/g. Definitely still seeing the result. Aging continues, of course, but the fat's still there and it has helped.

No, I have no regrets about the f/g. He's a great doctor and one of the best at this procedure, certainly.
