Thanks so much for your support. I am interested in your receipes. I will at least try them. I hate that I am so picky. I don't eat jello, pudding, or anythink with that texture. I do like milk shakes and ice cream. LOL.

Thanks for your support. I will post before and after pictures. I really don't like the thought of everyone seeing my nasty belly. But I am very appreciative of seeing others before and after photos. So I will return the favor and hopefully it helps others.

Hey, I would like to thank you for sharing. I am scheduled to have a tummy tuck on 11/16/10. After reading some of the not worth it posts I see that many complaints were the swelling long after the TT. Do you still have swelling or has it went away. Thanks, Mandy
