    Well now I know that it is recommended for weight loss but my doctor told me that I could lose up to 20lbs and I would be firmer and smaller. So, me being me didn't do my research until afterwards found out that it works for some and not all. I will stop complaining and continue to work out and learn to be happy with me. I am VERY happy that your goal was achieved.

    It was done july 2008 so a year 5 months ago. I have been sick and I am still in the bed and my paper work is in my attic so when I feel better I will get it. Yes, I changed my eating and again I have a personal trainer that I have had before and afterwards. Maybe its just me. I was 170 something 5'8 now I am well over that.
