  I had a double mastectomy 2/8/10 with expanders placed and filled with 200 ccs. I've been getting filled every week(100 ccs) and it seems the bigger I get the more it hurts - the last time I got filled (150) I had to go back 3 days later to get 50 ccs removed because it felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest and it also felt like I had a cracked rib and couldn't take a deep breath. I am through with the expansion process and am having my exchange surgery in 3 weeks - can't wait for the relief of soft implants! I can totally relate to the feeling of wearing a bra that's too tight! Mine feel rock-hard and sore when I wake up in the middle of the night when the pain meds wear off and also in the morning. I am up to 650 ccs (a D cup) I want to be a C. Everybody thinks I look great with these huge things but I don't so I'm stressing to the doctor that I don't want to be too big. I take Vicodin for pain and am looking forward to getting off it and getting my energy back. Good luck to you - it WILL be worth it in the end!
