I had my surgery two weeks ago, 425cc Mentor smooth round silicone gel implants..love them. I live in Austalia and silicone is more popular here than saline. I have heard stories about silicone, but thoroughly researched them before the surgery and there is no actual scientific evidence that silicone causes health problems in women. Anyway, so far so good for me. My surgeon was awesome too by the way. Highly recommend!

Got my implants two weeks ago, i love them but wish i'd gone slightly bigger. I had 425cc smooth round silicone high profile implants put in. Love the high profile. If they are too high you can get them to strap them but over time they will settle down anyway I was told.

Overall I think they look good, as all women have one breast which has slightly more breast tissue in it than the other, you would have been told that the subtle differences that were there before your surgery would still be there after.
